Fully automatic spreader rotation tracking

The crane's rotation angle and the position of the slewing motor are transmitted to the spreader through a real-time control system and intelligent compensation algorithm. The spreader will move at the same angular speed in the opposite direction to counteract the crane's rotation angle.

Grab track recording

The grab data for one or more cycles (rope lowering distance, rotation angle, tilt angle, rope lowering distance, acceleration and deceleration time) is optimized based on the recorded data so that the grab can automatically repeat the movement.

Safe and reliable

Preventing hook overload

When the hook is raised to the limit height, the control relays activate the audible alarm on the control unit. The upward movement is stopped, and only the downward movement is allowed. This device effectively protects the lifting mechanism, providing high-performance safety protection.

Hoist speed protection

The acceleration of lifting points is calculated and additional protection is set for our crane to predict the tendency of overspeeding and avoid obvious falling. A hardware speed switch is applied for double protection.
