Precise measurement
The plant operates by gravity, using control and measurement technology that allows maintaining the accuracy of asphalt mix preparation at ±1.0%. The measurement accuracy of the components is also ±1.0%. A double-leaf aggregate measuring system with automatic differential correction ensures a process accuracy of ±1.5%. The measurement accuracy of bituminous aggregate is ≤±0.1%.

Energy saving

• The heat transfer coefficient of the drying drum is ≥85%.
• The frequency conversion and constant pressure control
• The technology of rapid heating of asphalt concrete allows to reduce the preparation time for heating by about 1 hour.

A mechanical safety device is installed on the access door of each key part for greater protection and safety. Double computer redundancy of the control system ensures greater reliability in operation.
