Fully automatic tracking of the spreader's rotation
The crane's steering angle and the position of the slewing motor are transmitted to the spreader through a real-time control system and an intelligent compensation algorithm. The spreader will move at the same angular speed in the opposite direction to counteract the crane's turning angle.
Grab track recording
The grapple data for one or more cycles (rope lowering distance, slewing angle, tilt angle, rope lowering distance, acceleration and deceleration times) are optimized based on the recorded data so that the grapple can automatically repeat the movement.
Safe and reliable
Prevention of hook overload
When the hook reaches the height limit, the control relays activate an audible alarm on the control unit. The upward movement stops and only lowering is allowed. This device effectively protects the lifting mechanism, providing highly effective safety protection.
Speed protection of the lifting mechanism
The acceleration of the lifting points is calculated and additional protection is installed for our crane to anticipate the tendency of exceeding the speed and avoid an obvious fall. A hardware speed switch is applied for double protection.
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly
Energy recycling technology
Active inverter technology is used to convert stored dynamic power and potential power into electrical energy and recycle it to the grid. In addition, it can resist grid pollution by higher voltage harmonics, thereby increasing the power factor of the equipment.
Intelligent low voltage capacitor compensation
The fully automatic resonance-eliminating reactive power compensation device is configured to achieve an average power factor above 0.9 or more, which improves power utilization efficiency and reduces wire consumption.
