Intelligent low voltage capacitor compensation
A fully automatic resonance-eliminating reactive power compensation device is configured to achieve an average power factor of 0.9 or more, which improves power efficiency and reduces wire consumption.

Hybrid drive and energy recovery system
The new RTG uses a lithium battery as the power source of the crane, and the potential energy can be automatically recovered when the weight drops. This saves more than 65% of energy compared to being fully powered by a diesel engine. In addition, low emission, low noise, low maintenance time and cost can be achieved. The energy storage equipment of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack is customized for the RTG to ensure the stability of the power supply and reduce its fluctuations.

In normal operation, the crane is driven by electricity, and the energy from the falling load and braking of the mechanism is recycled into the grid. When the gantry is turning, the crane is driven by a small auxiliary diesel power plant for obvious energy savings, which reduces operating costs and meets environmental requirements.

New anti-sway system(1)
With the correct positioning of the guide pulleys in the horizontal and vertical directions, the movement of the four wire ropes can effectively prevent the spreader from swaying, greatly improving the container lifting efficiency.

New anti-sway system(2)
The newly developed four wire rope anti-sway system (patent number: ZL201220568248.4) effectively prevents the spreader from swaying in two directions. This system allows the spreader to move ±250 mm in the direction of the gantry or trolley, which significantly improves container lifting efficiency.

Automatic container tracking and automatic lifting system
Based on the data stored in the database on the position of the mechanisms and containers on the site, as well as database management, automatic tracking and the most optimized control of the mechanisms can be realized, increasing work efficiency and ensuring safety.

Soft landing of the spreader on the container
Intelligent deceleration technology software and a hardware anti-view device are used to dynamically adjust the deceleration time and position. This helps to reduce crushing and load on the wheels, thereby increasing the service life and stability of the crane.

Intelligent gantry trolley straightening technology
The deflection of the trolley relative to the rail is detected in real time as a control signal to the sensor that controls the motor speed. The trolley deviation can be corrected manually (or automatically) to prevent rail scoring, thus ensuring stable operation, reducing wear between the wheel and rail, and increasing the service life of the crane.

Intelligent control technology
A distributed tire control system is used, which is clear in structure and easy to maintain. A perfect crane information management system monitors the operation status in real time; a complete safety system collects data on the position, limitations, collision protection, blocking protection, overload protection, grounding protection, and lightning protection of all mechanisms.
