Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing and protecting personal data of users of the “Pegas-ST” website located at https://pegas-sany.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. General provisions.
   1. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
   2. By using the Site, the User confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees to the terms of this Policy.
   3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must refrain from using the Site.

2. Owner of personal data.
   1. The owner and controller of personal data is the company “PEGAS ST” LLC, which operates on the basis of data from the Unified State Register (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Owner”).

      2. Contact phone number; 
      3. E-mail address; 
      4. Delivery address; 
      5. Other data that the User voluntarily provides when placing an order;

4. Grounds and purpose of data processing.
   1. Personal data is processed on the basis of:
      1. User consent;
      2. the need to fulfill a contract or order;
      3. compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
   2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
      1. provision of services and fulfillment of orders;
      2. feedback to the User;
      3. sending information and marketing messages (with consent);
      4. improving the operation of the Site and the quality of service;

5. Third-party services and data transfer.
   1. The site may use third-party analytics, marketing, CRM and payment processing services (including Google Analytics, Meta, payment providers, etc.).

   1. The Site Owner undertakes to ensure an appropriate level of technical and organizational protection of personal data.

   3. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Owner informs the User about the fact of a data security breach.

7. User Rights
   1. The user has the right:
      1. to know about the sources of collection and the purpose of processing their data;
      2. receive information about the processing and a copy of your personal data;
      3. request correction or deletion of personal data;
      4. restrict the processing of personal data in cases provided for by law;
      5. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
      6. to contact the authorized bodies in case of violation of their rights.

8. Use of cookies.
   1. The Site may use cookies to save User settings, statistics, and improve the Site's performance.
   2. By continuing to use the Site, the User agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy.
   3. The user can change the cookie settings in their browser.

9. Amendments to the Policy.
   1. The Site Owner has the right to change this Policy at any time.
   2. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site.
