Accurate measurement

The plant operates by gravity, using control and measurement technology that allows maintaining the accuracy of asphalt concrete mix preparation at ±1.0%. The accuracy of component measurement is also ±1.0%. The double-leaf aggregate measurement system with automatic differential correction ensures process accuracy of ±1.5%. The accuracy of bituminous aggregate measurement is ≤±0.1%.

  • The heat transfer coefficient of the drying drum is ≥85%.
  • The frequency conversion and constant pressure control technologies used in the burner provide bitumen savings of up to 10% per batch.
